    Standard delivery for this product is threshold delivery, meaning that it will be delivered to your door. The scooter will be delivered via lift van at no extra charge.

    Orders cannot be shipped to post office boxes.

    Returning Products

    We'll issue a full refund, no questions asked, if you notify us within 10 hours of placing the order. Simply call us toll-free at 1-800-335-3202 so we can cancel your order.
     
    If you decide to cancel more than 10 hours after ordering, we must charge a 10% cancellation fee, even if you have not yet received the item. We may not be able to stop shipment of your item at this point. If you have received your purchase and wish to return it, you’ll need to do the following:
    • Call us at 1-800-335-3202 within 10 days of receiving the item to request a Return Authorization. This is required: we cannot accept returns without this authorization.
    • Return the item to the address we give you within 30 days, in unused, new condition and in its original packaging. Please clearly mark the Return Authorization number on the box.
    • You must pay the return shipping costs or a pick up fee for the item.
    Once we've received the returned item and verified its condition, we will refund your payment, minus the 10% cancellation fee and return shipping costs (if we arranged the return shipping for you).
     
    If you wish to exchange or upgrade your item, we may be able to waive the cancellation fee. Please call us for details.

    I would like this if it could go 30-35 MPH. Make the rear wheels wider if you need to. Thats what I want....

    I saw this scooter, i've noticed that the speed of this scooter is 8 mph. Is it possible to change it to 20-25 mph?

    This is the best looking Electric Scooter to date. However, it requires considerably more power, something than can go twenty,or say, twenty five miles per hour.For comfort it could use rear independant suspension. It answering the utility question, it needs a larger basket, or other cargo space. Lastly, it should have a fibre glass coul option for colder climates, one that has an electrical defrost. Nevertheless, it is a refinement over past models in both apperance and utility.

    Lets be realistic to the person who said 20-25 mph .My opinion is that im handicapped , so in regard to the speed .I think maybe 10-12 mph is enough if it could be done.

    this scooter is the best thing i have ever gotten. it was a little slow so i made some modifications first i put an inner cooler in then a cold air intake. then i put a pair of bigger wheels in it. now i have been able to take this baby up to 75 mph in the parking lot of walmart. it has not flipped on me yet but if it does i installed a roll cage. when i picked my grandson up form school you should have seen the reactions some of the kids had. they said i has a hard a$$. i have never felt better in my life so buy this power scooter today!!!!! hit me up on bay drivee
