Standard delivery for this product is threshold delivery, meaning that it will be delivered to your door. However, In-home Delivery is now offered in most areas within the contiguous 48 states of the U.S. We recommend In-home Delivery because it gives you the convenience and peace of mind of having a professional deliver the unit, bring it into to your home, set it up, and turn it on to check that it's working.

The SCOOTER Store reviews each order before processing to ensure accuracy and to verify shipping rates. You will receive a phone call at the number entered during checkout if In-home Delivery is not available in your area.

Shipping

Standard shipping in the continental US is FREE! Items ship in 7–10 business days. If you want faster shipping or to ship outside the continental US, call us at 1-800-335-3202 for information on additional charges.

Orders cannot be shipped to post office boxes.

Returning Products

We'll issue a full refund, no questions asked, if you notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. Simply call us toll-free at 1-800-335-3202 so we can cancel your order.
 
If you decide to cancel more than 24 hours after ordering, we must charge a 10% cancellation fee, even if you have not yet received the item. We may not be able to stop shipment of your item at this point. If you have received your purchase and wish to return it, you’ll need to do the following:
  • Call us at 1-800-335-3202 within 10 days of receiving the item to request a Return Authorization. This is required: we cannot accept returns without this authorization.
  • Return the item to the address we give you within 30 days, in unused, new condition and in its original packaging. Please clearly mark the Return Authorization number on the box.
  • You must pay the return shipping costs or a pick up fee for the item.
Once we've received the returned item and verified its condition, we will refund your payment, minus the 10% cancellation fee and return shipping costs (if we arranged the return shipping for you).
 
If you wish to exchange or upgrade your item, we may be able to waive the cancellation fee. Please call us for details.
 
If you receive an item that's damaged or defective, please let us know immediately so that we can repair or replace the item, free of charge.

At least mine is a lemon

I bought this scooter brand new Sep of 2007. Since then it has been nothing but problem and I don’t even use it that much. It’s been in the shop five times during its warranty year and one more a week after. It still gives me problems but I am tired of sending it for repair. The problem it has is frequent sudden stops by itself with seven flash signal, once it left me stranded on the road, another time electrical system completely shut down and battery did not charge. A chronic problem that this Pride has (and as I’m told all Prides do) is the long time to stop after braking (up to 2 feet free role before full stop). The other problem is in turning, it’s very problematic and dangerous, and the front wheel doesn’t want to follow orders. On the good side, it’s pretty and physically solid made. Would I buy it again? NEVER.

I have owned my Revo for three years,it has given me some of my freedom back.I did have problems with the controls it was taken back to the mobliity store they fixed it without charging me. I also had to have the batteries replaced last year,my insurance covered replacement.
