After you place your order with us, we will call you to confirm that the lift you've selected will work with your vehicle and mobility equipment. We also explain the type of trailer hitch you need and how to install a wiring harness for your lift, which you’ll need to install prior to using your lift. The wiring harness ties the lift into your vehicle’s electrical system and is included with your lift purchase. If you are unable to install the wiring harness yourself, it can be installed locally at any trailer rental company that provides trailer wiring installation service.

Important notes:

• You’ll need to have the appropriate trailer hitch and wiring harness installed before we can schedule your lift delivery.
• Each lift is customized for the vehicle on which it will be installed. Because we cannot return the customized lift to our manufacturer after they have processed your order, all vehicle lifts require a $500 non-refundable deposit.
