  • Our customer service staff schedules delivery appointments directly with you.
  • Price includes delivery to your home.
  • Your Power Chair will be carefully unpacked and its packaging removed from your premises.
  • Your Power Chair will be assembled as needed and powered up.
  • You will be taught how to drive your new Power Chair.

You will receive a phone call at the number entered during checkout if white glove delivery is not available in your area.

Returns Policy

We'll issue a full refund, no questions asked, if you notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. Simply call us toll-free at 1-800-335-3202 so we can cancel your order.
 
If you decide to cancel more than 24 hours after ordering, we must charge a 10% cancellation fee, even if you have not yet received the item. We may not be able to stop shipment of your item at this point. If you have received your purchase and wish to return it, you’ll need to do the following:
  • Call us at 1-800-335-3202 within 10 days of receiving the item to request a Return Authorization. This is required: we cannot accept returns without this authorization.
  • Return the item to the address we give you within 30 days, in unused, new condition and in its original packaging. Please clearly mark the Return Authorization number on the box.
  • You must pay the return shipping costs or a pick up fee for the item.
Once we've received the returned item and verified its condition, we will refund your payment, minus the 10% cancellation fee and return shipping costs (if we arranged the return shipping for you).
 
If you wish to exchange or upgrade your item, we may be able to waive the cancellation fee. Please call us for details.
 
If you receive an item that's damaged or defective, please let us know immediately so that we can repair or replace the item, free of charge.

my mom has had her jazzy for one week. it is so wonderful. we are having a time getting the footrest up and down but it works. the process did not take long at all. she practices driving every day. do you have one with a swivel seat? do you make seat covers? we love it!!!

I love my chair. It gives me the freedom to go almost anywhere. Ive had it for 2 yrs now and feel like I have my life back. As for the height of the chair, I dont have any problems at 4'10'. the foot rest can also be adjusted which definately helps. A bit heavy when transporting into a car. normally need 2 people to lift base.

love the chair scooter store worked hard at getting me a chair i am young only 37 so if found it hard to get one and finally got my medicade and within 2 weeks of applying and have already put probly 5 miles for it i find that the frame is a little low to the ground and wish it had a little more clearance but other than that so far i have found little fault with the chair just that it spins on wet gras some what so makes me wounder how it will do in the winter hope it does good but coulnt deal with any better company than the scooter store they are great and great people to deal with

Jazzy is the best invention since the wheel. After a year of being trapped' indoors only to go out to doctor's appointments, I'm now free to come and go as I please. After learning how to manuever it, we rode down the street, up hills and even onto dirt paths in a cemetery. Jazzy has given me back my freedom!

I have hade my Jazzy select chair for nearly two years. it has been very reliable, and convient. The range has proven to be greater than the literatureindicated. Also the battery recovery time is very short making longer journeies possible if the charger is kept on the chair.(optional)
