    White Glove Delivery Service is included in the price of all power chairs:

    • Our customer service staff schedules delivery appointments directly with you.
    • Your scooter will be delivered to your home to the location of your choice inside your home. Price includes transporting scooter up or down one flight of stairs. *Additional flights of stairs subject to additional costs.
    • Your scooter will be carefully unpacked and its packaging removed from your premises.
    • Your scooter will be assembled as needed and powered up.
    • You will be taught how to drive your new scooter.

    *Not available in AK, HI, MT, ND, SD and other remote locations. The SCOOTER Store reviews each order before processing to ensure accuracy and to verify shipping rates. You will receive a phone call at the number entered during checkout if white glove delivery is not available in your area.

    Returns Policy

    We'll issue a full refund, no questions asked, if you notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. Simply call us toll-free at 1-800-335-3202 so we can cancel your order.
     
    If you decide to cancel more than 24 hours after ordering, we must charge a 10% cancellation fee, even if you have not yet received the item. We may not be able to stop shipment of your item at this point. If you have received your purchase and wish to return it, you’ll need to do the following:
    • Call us at 1-800-335-3202 within 10 days of receiving the item to request a Return Authorization. This is required: we cannot accept returns without this authorization.
    • Return the item to the address we give you within 30 days, in unused, new condition and in its original packaging. Please clearly mark the Return Authorization number on the box.
    • You must pay the return shipping costs or a pick up fee for the item.
    Once we've received the returned item and verified its condition, we will refund your payment, minus the 10% cancellation fee and return shipping costs (if we arranged the return shipping for you).
     
    If you wish to exchange or upgrade your item, we may be able to waive the cancellation fee. Please call us for details.
     
    If you receive an item that's damaged or defective, please let us know immediately so that we can repair or replace the item, free of charge.

    GREAT COMFORT - SMOOTH & QUIET - MY 'MIRACLE' CHAIR!

    This is a wonderful chair with excellent features and unbelievable comfort! I've had my Jazzy Select 6 Ultra Power Chair just four days and don't want to get out of it! The large captain's seat is exceptionally comfortable yet very sturdy. Today I used the chair for 10 hours straight, 8 hours yesterday, and six hours the day before - with no stiffness or pain resulting, and no 'posterior' discomfort whatsoever. Sitting and laying used to produce excruciating pain upon raising and standing,and I'm simply stunned that I have none of that with this chair. My condition requires my legs be elevated most of the time, so my chair comes with leg attachments that can be adjusted to any height/angle, and they are quite comfortable. The reclining seat back with headrest, used with the leg attachments, provide a 'recliner-like' feeling and I could easily snooze that way. My only hesitation - which is no doubt due to the newness of the steering - is the difficulty in steering all six wheels. The two 6' wheels in the front and back are needed to rotate and turn the chair as you travel along. Yet, the wheels remain in the last position used, and are frequently turned fully sideways, resulting in the chair moving to one side or the other before you realize it. It takes some tricky movement of the joy stick to tap the chair back into a straight line, as just a swell in the road can make the wheels turn. I'm sure I need more practice with this and will master it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Jazzy Select 6 Ultra Power Chair for it's extraordinary comforts, silent operation, and wonderfully adjustable features. The chair feels 'tailored' just for me. THANK YOU SCOOTER STORE FOR ALL OF YOUR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT STAFF - and - THE RETURN OF MY INDEPENDENCE WITH COMFORT!
