Standard shipping in the continental US is FREE! Items ship in 7–10 business days. If you want faster shipping or to ship outside the continental US, call us at 1-800-335-3202 for information on additional charges.

Orders cannot be shipped to post office boxes.

Returning Products

We'll issue a full refund, no questions asked, if you notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. Simply call us toll-free at 1-800-335-3202 so we can cancel your order.
 
If you decide to cancel more than 24 hours after ordering, we must charge a 10% cancellation fee, even if you have not yet received the item. We may not be able to stop shipment of your item at this point. If you have received your purchase and wish to return it, you’ll need to do the following:
  • Call us at 1-800-335-3202 within 10 days of receiving the item to request a Return Authorization. This is required: we cannot accept returns without this authorization.
  • Return the item to the address we give you within 30 days, in unused, new condition and in its original packaging. Please clearly mark the Return Authorization number on the box.
  • You must pay the return shipping costs or a pick up fee for the item.
Once we've received the returned item and verified its condition, we will refund your payment, minus the 10% cancellation fee and return shipping costs (if we arranged the return shipping for you).
 
If you wish to exchange or upgrade your item, we may be able to waive the cancellation fee. Please call us for details.
 
If you receive an item that's damaged or defective, please let us know immediately so that we can repair or replace the item, free of charge.

Impressive Scooter

This is a large, comfortable scooter - with the ability to be customized (at extra cost, of course!). Excellent speed, power and ability to hold a charge. Many, many compliments. The only drawback so far is that the front directional lights are unprotected and extend out just above the wheel level. This positioning makes the lights very breakable (2 broken lights in first month). If the lights were repositioned higher on the tiller they would be more visible to others and out of the 'bump & break' range.
Pride Hurricane PMV Personal - I would rate it a 'BIG 5!'

I am basing my reveiew on the appearance, and if it is of the same Quality as the Scooter that I currently own, which is also A Pride ?????? Scooter from the Scooter Store, that's why it gets a 'BIG 5!', ['AND WOULD ACTUALLY EVEN GO HIGHER ON MY ASSESSMENT AND REVIEW!'] ['THIS PART YOU CAN LEAVE OUT OF THE REVIEW!'] My problem right now though is, I don't know if the alloted time has elapsed in between the time that I received the last one, and the time that I would be getting this one. I think that if my memory serves me right, there is a three year waiting period in between for Medicare Payment.
Very pleased with the Hurricane

I am very happy that I purchased this scooter. It is large and comfortable. The length of the charge and speed are very good. I feel confident using it at night with the light package. Only two minor changes I could suggest; a bigger basket for the front (the current one is very low in the front) and the front headlight illuminate the street more than it does. These are minor comared to the overall performance and features.
