However, In-home Delivery is now offered in most areas within the contiguous 48 states of the U.S. We recommend In-home Delivery because it gives you the convenience and peace of mind of having a professional deliver the unit, bring it into to your home, set it up, and turn it on to check that it's working.

The SCOOTER Store reviews each order before processing to ensure accuracy and to verify shipping rates. You will receive a phone call at the number entered during checkout if In-home Delivery is not available in your area.

Standard shipping in the continental US is FREE! Items ship in 7–10 business days. If you want faster shipping or to ship outside the continental US, call us at 1-800-335-3202 for information on additional charges.

Orders cannot be shipped to post office boxes.

Returning Products

We'll issue a full refund, no questions asked, if you notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. Simply call us toll-free at 1-800-335-3202 so we can cancel your order.
 
If you decide to cancel more than 24 hours after ordering, we must charge a 10% cancellation fee, even if you have not yet received the item. We may not be able to stop shipment of your item at this point. If you have received your purchase and wish to return it, you’ll need to do the following:
  • Call us at 1-800-335-3202 within 10 days of receiving the item to request a Return Authorization. This is required: we cannot accept returns without this authorization.
  • Return the item to the address we give you within 30 days, in unused, new condition and in its original packaging. Please clearly mark the Return Authorization number on the box.
  • You must pay the return shipping costs or a pick up fee for the item.
Once we've received the returned item and verified its condition, we will refund your payment, minus the 10% cancellation fee and return shipping costs (if we arranged the return shipping for you).
 
If you wish to exchange or upgrade your item, we may be able to waive the cancellation fee. Please call us for details.
 
If you receive an item that's damaged or defective, please let us know immediately so that we can repair or replace the item, free of charge.

My Go Go Traveler Scooter has given me such freedom. I use oxygen 24/7 and couldn't go anywhere that required walking. Now, I've been all over; from State Parks, to Casinos. The Scooter Store enabled me this freedom; and were very professional in their recommendations. Traveler Go Go is very lightweight, and very easy to take apart & put back together.

I had another scooter it was bulky and the base was very awkward and heavy to lift. Since I got the GO-GO I do not need help to load or unload it!! It breaks down into the 5 parts and it's so easy to put together!!

The scooter is great,however I havetwo suggested improvements to be considere; (1) widen the rear wheel base by two inches to keep the scooter from turning over so easily and (2) increase the heigth of the rear wheels by one to one and a half inches as the rear safety wheels drag in the lawn. Other than that, all other aspects are great.

i have own my scooter for 3 years. i have tryed to use it on vacation and other places to have me get stranded. they have come outand took the scooter and said that they fixed it. but once agine the scooter die. i whish they would help me and give me a new one
