An increase in length and width, and a weight capacity of 300 lbs. combine with wraparound delta tiller to allow both the larger individual and those with limited dexterity to experience the benefits of a travel specific mobility product for the first time. Standard delivery for this product is threshold delivery, meaning that it will be delivered to your door. However, In-home Delivery is now offered in most areas within the contiguous 48 states of the U.S. We recommend In-home Delivery because it gives you the convenience and peace of mind of having a professional deliver the unit, bring it into to your home, set it up, and turn it on to check that it's working.

The SCOOTER Store reviews each order before processing to ensure accuracy and to verify shipping rates. You will receive a phone call at the number entered during checkout if In-home Delivery is not available in your area.

Shipping

Standard shipping in the continental US is FREE! Items ship in 7–10 business days. If you want faster shipping or to ship outside the continental US, call us at 1-800-335-3202 for information on additional charges.

Orders cannot be shipped to post office boxes.

Returning Products

We'll issue a full refund, no questions asked, if you notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. Simply call us toll-free at 1-800-335-3202 so we can cancel your order.
 
If you decide to cancel more than 24 hours after ordering, we must charge a 10% cancellation fee, even if you have not yet received the item. We may not be able to stop shipment of your item at this point. If you have received your purchase and wish to return it, you’ll need to do the following:
  • Call us at 1-800-335-3202 within 10 days of receiving the item to request a Return Authorization. This is required: we cannot accept returns without this authorization.
  • Return the item to the address we give you within 30 days, in unused, new condition and in its original packaging. Please clearly mark the Return Authorization number on the box.
  • You must pay the return shipping costs or a pick up fee for the item.
Once we've received the returned item and verified its condition, we will refund your payment, minus the 10% cancellation fee and return shipping costs (if we arranged the return shipping for you).
 
If you wish to exchange or upgrade your item, we may be able to waive the cancellation fee. Please call us for details.
 
If you receive an item that's damaged or defective, please let us know immediately so that we can repair or replace the item, free of charge.

Love this scooter!

I have had this scooter for about 10 months now. It breaks down easily to store in the trunk of my car so I don't need a lift attachment. Sturdy, stable and powerful, it gets me where I want to go. In town or across my gravel driveway, I now have 'legs' again and can even carry my trash out. It's so easy to break down and put back together, takes about 1 minute to break it down or put it back together. Ingenious design!

This is the best money for a product that I've ever spent. It has changed my life dramatically. Before, walking with no hip cartilage (even with a walker) was difficult and often painful. I am a professional and I ride my scooter into my college classroom to instruct. I enjoy it with shopping, doctor's appointments, restaurants, etc. I use it we go to Florida to ride the boardwalk to the beach. I was then able to sit right by the beach and enjoy without a painful struggle to get there. What a difference it has made in my life.

I have very bad knees and back. It had gotten to where I just stayed home instead of getting out and going places. I also have 3 Jack Russell Terriers that love to go for walks. Now I can get out and go shopping or to a dog trial or just walk my dogs. They really get good exercise running with me. Great product! That battery really holds a charge for a long time!

I love this scooter. The company came to my home and meausred me for a perfect fit. When it was delivered..the tech was patient and knowledgeable about the scooter and how to operate it and take it apart and put it back together. It has great range. The battery lasts a long time.
