Standard delivery for this product is threshold delivery, meaning that it will be delivered to your door. However, In-home Delivery is now offered in most areas within the contiguous 48 states of the U.S. We recommend In-home Delivery because it gives you the convenience and peace of mind of having a professional deliver the unit, bring it into to your home, set it up, and turn it on to check that it's working.

The SCOOTER Store reviews each order before processing to ensure accuracy and to verify shipping rates. You will receive a phone call at the number entered during checkout if In-home Delivery is not available in your area.

Shipping

Standard shipping in the continental US is FREE! Items ship in 7–14 business days. If you want faster shipping or to ship outside the continental US, call us at 1-800-335-3202 for information on additional charges.

Orders cannot be shipped to post office boxes.

Returning Products

We'll issue a full refund, no questions asked, if you notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. Simply call us toll-free at 1-800-335-3202 so we can cancel your order.
 
If you decide to cancel more than 24 hours after ordering, we must charge a 10% cancellation fee, even if you have not yet received the item. We may not be able to stop shipment of your item at this point. If you have received your purchase and wish to return it, you’ll need to do the following:
  • Call us at 1-800-335-3202 within 10 days of receiving the item to request a Return Authorization. This is required: we cannot accept returns without this authorization.
  • Return the item to the address we give you within 30 days, in unused, new condition and in its original packaging. Please clearly mark the Return Authorization number on the box.
  • You must pay the return shipping costs or a pick up fee for the item.
Once we've received the returned item and verified its condition, we will refund your payment, minus the 10% cancellation fee and return shipping costs (if we arranged the return shipping for you).
 
If you wish to exchange or upgrade your item, we may be able to waive the cancellation fee. Please call us for details.
 
If you receive an item that's damaged or defective, please let us know immediately so that we can repair or replace the item, free of charge.

THE BEST OF THE BEST 'GO CHAIR - TRAVEL POWER CHAIR'

In searching the internet for a power chair that would be east to put in the trunk of my car by taking apart and taking it to the mall. This is the best of the best. I am hoping to be able to save enough money to purchase this chair. I notice that the scooter store offers a free 1 year in home service contrat. How does that work.
Easy to transport

The Pride Go Travel Power chair is very easy to take apart and put in the trunk and works very good on grassy areas. The chair is not very comfortable to sit in for long periods of time. The seat seems to tilt forward and the foot area is not very comfortable for my leg that is in a cast.
