The Flex-Stick is a new, revolutionary approach to assistive walking devices. It is designed to help users walk confidently with as normal gait and posture as possible.
It is lightweight at only 14.2 ounces and constructed of fiber reinforced, high strength plastic. The Flex-Stick comes in 6 different "scales" colors and is available in two sizes, standard and tall. The standard size should work for the majority of folks as it adjusts from 31.5" to 38.5". The tall size adjusts from 33" to 42". Heavy duty springs are available as an option. These springs will provide a "stiffer ride".

Flex-Stick Walking Cane Features- The Flex-Stick uses three spring loaded legs that act as shock absorbers, allowing it to maintain constanct contact with the ground surface as the angle of the cane tilts while the user moves through a normal gait cycle
- Each leg has over an inch of travel, allowing it to adjust to uneven ground such as gravel, brick cobble stones, etc.
- The "give" in each leg cushions the hand, enhancing comfort, reducing pain and stress in the hand and arm
- The three-leg design makes it free standing - no more leaning against the wall or searching under the table for your cane
- The footprint of the Flex-Stick easily fits on standard sized steps or stairs
- A free clip-on LED flashlight is included for a limited time

Orders cannot be shipped to post office boxes.
Returns Policy
We'll issue a full refund, no questions asked, if you notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. Simply call us toll-free at 1-800-335-3202 so we can cancel your order.
If you decide to cancel more than 24 hours after ordering, we must charge a 15% cancellation fee*, even if you have not yet received the item (see below for specifics on cancelled vehicle lift and receiver hitch orders). We may not be able to stop shipment of your item at this point. If you have received your purchase and wish to return it, you’ll need to do the following:
- Call us at 1-800-335-3202 within 10 days of receiving the item to request a Return Authorization. This is required: we cannot accept returns without this authorization.
- Return the item to the address we give you within 30 days, in unused, new condition and in its original packaging. Please clearly mark the Return Authorization number on the box.
- You must pay the return shipping costs or a pick up fee for the item.
Once we've received the returned item and verified its condition, we will refund your payment, minus the 15% cancellation fee* and return shipping costs (if we arranged the return shipping for you).
If you wish to exchange or upgrade your item, we may be able to waive the cancellation fee. Please call us for details.
If you receive an item that's damaged or defective, please let us know immediately so that we can repair or replace the item, free of charge.
Exceptions to this policy include the following:
- All vehicle lifts require a $500 non-refundable deposit.*
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on certain items because of their special nature:

- Lift Chairs
- Clearance Items
- Stair Lifts
- Batteries
- Chargers
- Cushions
- Special / Customer Orders
- Receiver Hitches (additional $250 non-refundable deposit)*
If an in-home pick up is required by TSS, additional fees may apply - starting at $199.* *Where required by law, sales tax will be charged to cancellation fees and non-refundable deposits.
